Our various Digital Service Partnerships provide you with an agreed number of service hours per month for us to carry out the various digital initiatives over a 12 month period.
DIGITAL SERVICE PLAN
Retainer Provision of 10, 20, 40 Service Hours Per Month
Our comprehensive and partnership-focussed Digital Service Plan can include any work that we plan and map out in your Digital Strategy. This might include business analysis, digital marketing strategy and implementation, implementing social media & content marketing, and producing websites or business management systems as well as access to analytics, webinars and training.
You can use up to 150% of your allowance in any one month and we’ll help manage your work to even it out afterwards. If you have unused time, it simply rolls over. You’re also welcome to decrease or increase your Plan if your needs change.
The Digital Service Plan enables us to craft a strong, outcomes focussed business partnership together as we proactively work towards your digital objectives.
SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENTS
To provide transparency and clear expectations for both of us, we document and co-sign our provisions in a Service Level Agreement with defined activities, intents, response and resolution times for either Digital Service Plans or Constant Care Plans.
