And I’m going to share with you a tip that has not only boosted my productivity, but also contributed to Big Blue Digital meeting our social media goals.
Yes, it’s important to create images that are consistent across all your channels, but what do you do when you don’t have the time to create a number of images EVERY DAY and still smash out all your other work?
BATCH and SCHEDULE image creation. And all work as much as possible.
Setting aside a couple of hours in one day will save you so much time in the long run. I used to allocate almost two hours each day to upload our blogs, develop images and share everything out to our social channels.
Now, because we’ve been batching and better scheduling this work, I create images no more than once a week, schedule all blog posts once a week, and automate a lot of the social sharing. This has all but halved my time spent on these tasks.
